• The bed is made from 25 grade cast iron of 180 BHN hardness strictly inspected with micro level. Hardness tester and straight edge.

• Boring of Headstock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel.

• An apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.

• Hexagonal shaped tailstock with hardened and ground tailstock spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.

• Hardened and ground gear made from 20 Mn Cr 5.

• Hardened Bed Induction up to 400 BHN
